Do You Have a Case? Will It Have to Go to Trial?

We understand that the prospect of a trial can be scary, and it carries the risk of walking away from the whole ordeal empty-handed. First of all, we offer a free case evaluation to determine if you have grounds to seek damages. Unlike many lawyers who quickly settle claims, we commonly file lawsuits as a means to get the attention of defendants and their insurance companies. And we do prepare every case as if we will present it to a jury. But filing suit does not mean there will be a trial — the majority of cases settle out of court. However, your lawyer's willingness to "go all the way" can make a major difference in the amount of compensation offered in settlement of claims.
